"Beware! Signed up for insurance with Ron Krajewski in August, paid 2x for the first month as a deposit (ok). Starting from the third month, my insurance was raised by $60 per month. After I called and asked why this happened, they said it was due to “inflation” and “raising rates for everyone.” (None of my friends using the same insurance have had their cost increased)(Ok...). After 2 months of paying the increased insurance, I receive a message about an increase of another $30+ per month. Having agreed to pay $227 for Liability only in August, I now have to pay $338 since January. (Also paid $454 for the first month). When I called them, they told me that the increase was related to inflation and this happened to all clients in the state of Delaware. (I called everyone I know - only my payment was increased). I decided to call and ask a second time why this happened - Ron Krajewski answered. He was very rude and spoke to me in a raised voice. He said that everyone was lying to me, and everyone was increasing their insurance. I have never interacted with the rudest person. As a conclusion, I can advise you to avoid him, since he does not care about his clients at all, he is rude in communication when it comes to raising rates out of the blue. (I have never had a single ticket for speeding, etc. And I can prove that no one except me (among my friends) received a price increase.) Rough and sad experience."

"This is the worst insurance company I have EVER had to deal with!! My husband was in a motorcycle accident took them a month to even get anything started with the accident claim and now I just went to buy my son a car and added his car to the policy and they made me pay almost 600 dollars up front before they would give me the policy!! I used to have nationwide and anytime I added a car they never made me pay a month up front!! As soon as I get my affairs in order I will be going back to Nationwide!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this insurance company at all!"
